2. What kind of data do we handle?
Google Analytics. During browsing on our websites, every visitor receives a unique anonym number. Using this number, Google Analytics records the beginning and the end time and the visited sites without personal data for statistics purposes. We inform our visitors about this process at their first visit by giving them access to this privacy policy.
Messages via Contact Us site. The purpose of the contact forms is to provide contact possibilities. We require your name, phone number and e-mail address. Using the contact form, the visitor accepts the handling of these data.
3. Why do we handle these data?
The purpose of handling personal data is
- to stay in touch with our visitors;
- to measure the satisfaction of our visitors.
Data used by Google Analytics are anonymised. We securely handle every data, and we don’t give them to third parties.
4. The timeframe of the data handling
Cookies placed by Google Analytics, are valid for 30 days, the session IDs are deleted when leaving our sites. In case of request, we delete the expected data in 10 days. The visitor may request the deletion by sending an e-mail to the address given in the contact data at the top of this privacy policy.
5. Data processors
Only the Data Controller has access to the data give by the visitors.
The data processor gives access to the authorities only in case of legal requirements.
6. Legal basis
The data controlling legally based on the acceptance of the visitor. The visitor may ask for more information about the handled data and the methods by sending an e-mail to the address given in the contact data at the top of this privacy policy.
7. Remedies and regulations
The visitor may ask for a remedy on the Hungarian court or at the Data Protection Commissioner if they feel that the data handling isn’t compliant with this privacy policy. In addition, the visitor may contact To the National Data Protection and Freedom of Information Authority.
